I've known Till for a few years now. What a wonderful human and at the same time a gifted pickup designer. Ever since I started playing bass, I've had the idea of building a bass using only parts from local artists. I asked Till if he could build me Omnias in a MM format. Till wouldn't be Till if he hadn't said yes right away because he liked the challenge and the journey.
And what can I say, Till delivered: he created the perfect Omnia pickup for my needs. Punch, definition, growl, rawness, and a clarity that makes it easy to make yourself heard in any musical situation. There was also this idea of a custom pickup enclosure by Till that perfectly matched the design of the black korina body of the bass. Nothing but love for these Omnias. I'm sure Till will create many more pickups for me in the future. And I am looking forward to it.
My journey with NOVA only just begun.
